Have "Respect, Love and Care" for People who are ill
There are diseases (e.g. diabetes, heart diseases) which have become very common recently in the urban and semi-urban areas. Many people are suffering from these diseases. It is big concern that most of us do not want to work hard because we want to lead a sedentary lifestife.
Moreover, many have developed a "fast food culture" that is very harmful for our health. We give more preferences to the fast food.
People nowadays avoid exercising regularly. As they sidestep physical exercise- important part of our life, they are just putting them into risk. Although the age of science and technology has made our life easier than before with the useful gadgets, it has also made us lazier.
Regular activities also increase our anxiety, stress and mental illness. We become completely in a fix because of our work pressure and ill-timed sleep.
So we should give our Respect, Love and Care towards the ill people. This mild caring can soothe the mind of the ill-fated people.
