The 11th Parliamentary Election

Casting votes at the polling stations has started across the country at 8:00am in the morning. All parties expect free, fair and participatory election.According to news from media outlet, election is holding in festive mood, except some untoward sporadic incidents.

Different eminent personalities have given their opinion on the fairness of the 11th parliamentary election. Some say that the election will be held in festive mood but others are reluctant to accept this. They say that there was no level-playing in the electioneering.. How will there be a fair and credible election at this atmosphere? But EC and ruling government assisting EC reiterate that the election will be held in free, fair and peaceful atmosphere.

It is very much important to make poll credible to the contestant, parties and foreign observers. Prime Minister urged that part leaders be alert so that question can not questioned against the fairness of the election.

General Aziz Ahmed, Army Chief, tells that there is peaceful atmosphere before polls day. He ensures that the voters will be able to exercise their franchise freely, fairly and credibly. Moreover the Chief Election Commissioner  asks the law enforcers to take stern action against any untoward activity.
