The fairytales that shape children's imagination

Who did not like to listen to the fairytales that were told by the grandparents or other old ones? Especially the children were used to giving their full attention to hear these imagined stories that gave them immense pleasure during childhood.

In small town or cities, the boys were used to read those books full of fun and jokes during their leisure time. Parents, guardians, grandparents were the source of those stories. The stories in the same way they knew were passed down for generations.

At present the guardians are more choosy of books that are worthwhile. The children do not get opportunity to read or listen to these sories. Parents are caustious of books being read. Books outside the curriculum help them learn new things and think differently.

As the psychologists say, these imaginary stories are able to teach the children moral stories because the behaviours or morals children learn in early years of his life become lingering in the adult ages. Good stories teach them improved morals and behaviours that shape their normal behaviour. Thess books are part of socialization because children follow the ideal person whom they think.

Moreover these stories tend to enhance their creativity in thinking of and perceiving new things. Creativity actually does not come from day to day experience but from inner sense of imagination.

In the modern speedy world, these tales are shed less importance, smartphones and tablets are taken as replacement. But  the children spending more time using phones will face negative impact of technology.

So the guardians should allow the children choosing these fairy-tales story books to improve their imagination and enhance their creativity.
